Siu Po’s Mother 2010-2

 

Dear Patrons,

Hello! I haven’t written to you for a long time. How are you all keeping? We are fine here and Siu Po has also made some progress. He can now kneel-walk with the help of the ladder brace and is more willing to do exercise. He is also more obedient and willing to express himself. Our family members are all very pleased with him. It’s also a great consolation for us, as parents to see his progress. All these are due to the help of Angel House. Without your help, we still don’t know where to seek medication and help. We still cannot afford to pay the school fees and cannot persist until today to see Siu Po’s progress. You are sent by God to save us. Although we have never met before, you are still willing to help us. Not everybody can offer help like you. All our relatives run away from us and only you who cares for us and help us through the time of difficulties. We are really touched by your love. We would surely learn from you to help the people in need. We would also like to offer our help in Angel House to pass on this love. May God bless you all. Our blessings to you as well!

Now, with less assistance from an adult, Siu Po can kneel-walk on the pad with the help of the ladder brace. Occasionally, he can kneel-walk a few steps without any aids. Every day, he moves from the training room to the canteen. Since the floor is rather slippery, it is rather difficult for him to control the ladder brace. Thus, he needs a heavier ladder brace. We are glad to see him moving forward initiatively, happily and quickly!
